Business objective

Jyske Bank wanted to redesign the Bedste Lån App (Best Loan App) and make it as relevant and useful to the everyday loan takers as it was to the experts - thereby making complicated loan options comprehensible to us all.

Solution

We used our extensive knowledge within user experience and created an app redesign that was both accessible and user-friendly, while focusing on easy navigation through complicated loan options and selections.

An app for all

Bedste Lån’s target audience is broad and essentially covers all adults in Denmark who can take a loan. That made usability vital – both from a technical and design perspective.

Additionally, Jyske Bank wished to ensure every potential user a clear overview of the loans and offers, regardless of whether they are customers.

Making Bedste Lån approachable

Data and user research set the foundation for simplifying the cognitive load and the user experience. We focused on elements such as color schemes and UX writing, which were significant in making the app easily understandable and approachable.
